I assume that the yellow color cast comes from the reflection of light from the cookies.

I placed a neutral on one of the areas of the yellow color cast and that seemed to eliminate most of the yellow color cast.

Many People over correct this image you seem to have a good handle on it...Nice job...
Well the color can come from many different places...the glass itself may have some color cast or the way it is absorbing the light source or...or...
