Remember Lowell...

The hue needs to stay the same or as close as possible regardless of the brightness.  In RGB you have to keep the hands of the hue clocks for the greens close to the same direction.  If you look at the darkest green; the before values for the red channel and the blue channel should be almost the same; just like they are in the other two sample points.  When you get them in line the sky looks better as well...
