Hi Greg
ok here i go
I jumped to this because it was so hard for me last time
had a look at the channels but did not do anything
kept the blue channel as it had more detail in the window
did a btn correction in rgb
used lab to boost colour but i masked the flowers and his face
tried to use curvemeister to open up shadown in the windowbut went to shad highlight instead
easier and i think more effective in this case
finally i put a little curve in lightness to try to just lighten up around the flower vendor slightly
forgot to sharpen
How'd I go. Is it a bit too yellow?
Really looking forward to what you make of this

Julie

ps
just looked at it on curvemeister again the colours seem to mess up when i save the final for web.
the colours i was aiming for and are on my screen are the ones in the final screen shot named shad/highlight.
I dont know whats happening but the colours change when i use the command save for web
