I set a neutral and the hue clocks. The adjustment was straight forward and each face is in the “lunch hour range”.  I did the exercise a couple of times and it seems that the choice of the hue clock is important. I ended up with some very sick looking people.

The hue clocks can help you or hurt you with this image...It depends on your goals.  If the highlight side of the face is right the shadow side can be all messed up. 
You have to compromise and make the choice.  If you do this in LAB as you have the saturation suffers when you adjust the image.
