Tanja,
Again very close and very good so far...You opened the shadows nicely...
Taking the image you have posted so far...

I'll attach my corrections and a final copy with my corrections.

The key here is the shadows of the horse should be neutral and the skin tones of the people need to be in the right spot.  When we cover skin tones one of the "general" rules we use is to keep the skin tones in the 12:30 to 1:30 range on the hue clock.  If you look at my image with hue clocks the screen shot attached when I set the neutral the skin tones fell into place.

The second thing is the overall contrast both color and tonality needs a boost.  Merry-Go-Rounds are very colorful and vibrant.

Hi Greg,

I just saved my second version and wanna post it.
See yours and quickly boost the colors ;-)

I check your corrections tomorrow. Time for bed now.
Thank you!

Greetings, Tanja

P.S.: Again 50% quality by "save for web"... Maybe better smaller with higher quality?

Dan's photo

I'm still trying to get the hang of posting comments and photos simultaneously.  If anybody cares, I have my comments under the thread where I asked a zillion questions to greg about the video.  I think I'm starting to get the picture (no pun).
