Another white flower.Suggestion, use shadow/highlight in Photoshop to recover lacey detail in petals even at six o'clock. Also note small deposit of yellow pollen nearby.GJM

This one is fun...Try it for yourself...

Push the color..."Petal to the Metal" as Mike would say....Try a K mask and some wild curves to see if you can limit the effect to make it believable..

Wildest believable color wins....

I used Lab with a technique we will learn later that is a modified version of the Dan Margulis "Man From Mars" maneuver.  In CM we can limit the effect with a Mask in the K channel that acts like a filter.  Crank on the saturation slider in the bottom of the LAB window in CM and then limit the effect using a K channel mask and a curve.

Here is my try, quick one (and dirty?). Concentrated on the flower. Started with a first level adjustment in Elements. Then selected flower in elements. Went to CM lab mode adjusted neutral, white and black and increased colour sat. Back to Elements and sharpened flower and blured background. Not very refined but fast.

I normally use PS7, which doesn't have a S/H feature, so I thought I'd try something a little different.
Once again the image is quite out of focus and so I used MagicFocus to recover some of the detail

I'd never have thought that there was so much detail in the whites - I pushed the pedal through the floor on this one, didn't stop at the metal!

Once again I added blur as the last step
