Purple deer

Today, a friend in Pennsylvania, who lives a few miles from the location where "Deer Hunter" was filmed, photographed this fellow the back window. 

Hint: see if you can get the purple out of the deer and leaves, perhaps adding some interesting color variation at the same time.

The final adjust sharpness really pushed down the histogram ,I guess adding contrast

Much better.  As far as the purple tinge, treat the deer as a skin tone.

A contrast pin(I'm learning that HiLite curve thing),a new skin pin and a little work in RGB to get the muzzle white.
Hmm.Not much difference,guess any skin pin is going to shift everything to the red-yellow side of the hue clock.
