If you are using Photoshop 7, your last day for upgrading to a newer version of Photoshop is Wed, Oct 15. Anyone upgrading to CS3 before the 15th, will also get a free upgrade to CS4.
After the 15th, Photoshop 7 is no longer eligible for upgrade.
