Hi,

I don't know what to do.  I am using 32 bits because I have other 32 bits filters, like Neat Image for example.

Hi Jean,
Can you give us a bit more to go on?  What exactly is happening to the application.

If you have 64 bit CS5 you should use the 64bit CM plugin.  If you are running 32 bit CS5 you might want to try the 3.0.19 version for 32 bits.

Same thing.

I start photoshop cs5 (non extended). I open a jpg image. I click on filter/Curvemeister/etc.
Windows prompt me that a problem aroused and close everything.
Neat Image works.
I renamed photoshop.exe 64 bits to be sure it does not comes in.

I did a clean install.

----

Sometimes, I have a prompt at startting "Can find msv....10.dll or something; I click it goes off comes back 2 more times, I click and then it does not come anymore and photoshop opens.

Jean,
you might have to restore your PC to a time before the first error.
On my system I experience this on occasion because I am testing beta software for a few vendors.

Try to remember when this first occurred...Use the system restore function of Win7 and reset your system to the first restore point before the CM plug in failed.  Then un-install the version you have and re-install the 3.019 build for 32 bits.  That should fix it.  Once the problem starts it seems to stay put until you restore.

Mike may have a better solution so I will nudge him as well if you are stuck...
We'll get this figured out...

Hi Jean,

It looks like you have run into the problem of the 64 bit version interfering with the 32 bit version.  We have not yet solved this, although as Greg says, doing a system registry restore is one way that we have found to solve the problem.  Another way would be for me to take remote control of your computer for about 20 minutes, and try to fix the problem that way.

Obviously, it is very important to us to get your Curvemeister running again!

Yes , sure for the remote control.
I have uninstalled photoshop cs5 64 and 32 bits.
I am uninstalling curve...
Here is what I see

Astrum Installer has taken backup copies of system files replaced during installation. Do you want to restore these backups? (This is recommended if the program has caused malicious functionality.)

I click yes.

There was no restoration point before I reinstalled Indesign from suite cs3.

So I uninstalled it. Uninstaled cs4, cs5.
Reinstalled cs4 same problem with msvcrt10.dll.
Reinstall cs5 same problem.
