Is there a version of curvemeister that woud work with illustrator on rasterized vector?

No - Illustrator does not support the kind of image data that Curvemeister uses. If you had an image in Illustrator that you wanted to curve, you would need to export it as a raster image, and then curve it in Photoshop or Elements. By the same token, placed art would need to be curved before placing in Illustrator.
