Maybe its just me being a novice, but when I go into wgCMYK, all of my sample points will only display "0".  Is this normal? Using CM version 3,0,12,0

Jim,

Try closing out of CM and PS and re-opening the programs.  sometimes you might get odd reading out.. you can also try the Beta version on your OS and see if it helps out...

My version 3.015 is a beta but it is very stable so far.  If you want to try it contact me off list and I'll help you get started.

As Greg says, this is definitely not normal, and I'd like to fix this on your system asap.  I'm wondering if Curvemeister failed to install properly.  Are you seeing the new version number in the banner at the top of the Curvemeister window?

Thanks guys.  Looks like exiting all the way out of CS3 did the trick.  I was just exiting out of CM, not getting out of CS3.  I will chalk it up as a fluke, but will let you know it it re-occurs.  Thanks again!

Glad you solved it.  Photoshop will keep a plugin loaded sometimes until you exit and re-enter.

BTW, nice call, Greg.

Guys - this seems to be a recurring problem.  Not sure what is going on, but more often than not the wgCMYK readouts are all zeroed.  I have to exit all the way out of CS3.  Should I try the Beta?

You certainly can try it out...
Your license key will work in the beta as well.

I'll add you to the Beta Group and you can find a link there to download it.

Hi Julie,
This could be an issue with running an old version of Curvemeister.  Can you see the version in either the banner, or the Curvemeister about box?
