Using Photoshop Elements 5. Starting CM (Elements plugin version) ends up with full screen. Also Windows' (XP Home, updated) Task Bar. Not able to minimize. Alt-TAB is OK for changing from CM to my browser (tested now), all OK, Alt-TAB to CM brings back the full screen (no Task Bar-situation).
A setting not found? Or bug?

This is a bug - thanks for reporting it.
To work around this problem, please click on the window icon in the upper right corner of the Curvemeister window (see image below), drag the Curvemeister window slightly so that you can access the lower right corner, and resize it to fit your screen without overlapping the task bar. The new location and size that you set will be remembered next time you start Curvemeister.
