Silly sample sizes

There should probably be a sensible limit on the maximum size of a custom sample, perhaps as a function of image size. I just set one to 3000, in an image smaller than 3000x3000. It seemed to limit the value to 1024, and although CM didn't crash, it did become very unresponsive as it tried to calculate enormous samples on the fly.
