CMYK not working

Thanks for the latest beta. Unfortunately, it didn't fix anything (and I lost the nature and people pins?). Attached is a screen snap annotated using powerpoint. I've tried changing the name of the duplicated layer and that didn't help.

Thanks for installing the beta.  This lets me know that this is a new problem.  I have your example image to try out and will chase this down soon.

Losing the people and nature pins is also a serious problem.  I'll think about ways to track that down at some point too, but for now I'd like to chase the CMYK problem.

Just a quick note - I can reproduce the problem with the layered psd file you sent.  Look for a fix soon!

Four months on and 3.0.7 still suffers this problem! Mike, are you able to fix this? Given my workflow, I see it with every single image that comes out of my digital camera. I can't use the Highlight, Shadow, Neutral routine with wgCMYK mode, which is pretty frustrating.

This is still on my list.  It turns out to be a difficult bug to fix, for reasons that I'm finding hard to explain.
