First, I want to say thanks for the patience and we'll have a better solution soon.
By testing the login process you have helped us identify workflow issues from the website and caused us to go looking for a better membership process for the site. I am pretty sure we will be changing the login process and you will find it much easier. Hopefully we will find the administration of it much easier as well.
