Everyone,
We have been working on the class sign up and access structure.
Currently you will get a 404 page if you try to access the class from the links provided in this forum.

Here is what I would like you to do...

A) Go to Curvemeister.com and click the "Register" link on the top right side of the page; it is part of the drop down menu for log in.
B) Create a user name and password for the site and choose the free membership. Then click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page.
C) email me your user ID to my address.
D) Wait for an e-mail back from me.  I will manually move you to the CM201 class membership. This will prevent you having to pay.
E) Once you have confirmation I want you to test your access to the class by doing the following:

  • Go to the curvemeister website and click on the courses link

  • Click on the CM201 Advanced Techniques link

  • Click on the "Already a Member?" Click here link

  • Login to the site using the ID and password you set up

  • Access the class and let me know if you can get to everything in the classes. Please check all links, videos, and anything else you can think of.

  • Please report problems back here on the forum so others can see what you have found and I can try to fix anything that you find broken.

If this process checks out I would like to invite you all to try out the class for real and I will begin scheduling the weekly conference calls after everyone has access to the new site.

Thanks Greg, I could log in, updated my profile, could move around, uner courses could get into Overview, CM201 advanced techniques-> outline and could enter all the weeks. Not all the videos is working, though I'm unsure whether they are available, because videous for earlier weeks was working. Nothing seems broken. In the meantime I'm selling of the empties and saving for the class ;)

Martin...
No you misunderstand me...
The class is free for you..no need to sell the empties unless you want to buy the newest photo widget.  ;D

I'll go through the class weeks and see if I have any issues with video.

Hi

I cant get past the log in page. It wont accept my password. Even tired resetting it but still no luck
Could it be because my password is considered weak?

I make them easy to remember cause there are just too many passwords in my life!

Greg,

When I click on "Register" I'm not given the option to enter a password, just a username and email address. (see screen shot).  Do I need a password?

Your password will be entered in the profile screen after you create the ID.

Are you responding to me or to Julie (or both of us)?

When I try to register by entering my user name and email address I get a message: "Sorry, that email address is already used". I had to create a new username because I got a similar message about my username already being used.

(Hmm, if I can't manage to register how am I ever going to understand channel blending?)

Help!
