I think either a grid or flow chart would work well. (Maybe it would take less space to display in a grid?)
Regarding Prophoto, some folks recommend using it as a working space because you're not truncating the range of your document, particularly in monitors that display Adobe RGB. However, I note that Dan M is also recommending sRGB (uh oh -- you and Dan agree on this!).
