Super!  We may be over the hump here.

The security issues, starting with Vista and continuing with Windows 7, have been keeping me busy!  OTOH, it's even worse for folks on the Macintosh side of the fence.  I can still run all the way back to Photoshop 3.5 on windows 7

Thanks for your consideration re posting the beta link.  I still hesitate, out of habit, but since a serial number is needed for installation it's not that big an issue.

I have been skipping updating the beta page and just changing the link on the download page. I've been thinking of changing the beta page to be more text based, and easier to include with the main release.  For now I will add a comment to this effect to the beta page.

With UCA turned off and the VC run times already in place the install for 3.2.28 went perfect on My Win 7 64 Bit CS5 install.

Polite Golf Applause....

If I have version 3.2.7 running, no need to install version 3.2.8 right?  It sounds like you just fixed the install routine.

It sounds like you got a fancy computer since we last talked Greg!

You are correct on both counts.  If your 3.2.7 works, there is no need to do the re-install, and I believe that Greg did indeed get a very fancy new computer.

Yikes - usually just the keyboard gets it.  Did the computer make any sizzling noises on the way down?
