Add the ability to pin the center of the curve, not just the whole, upper, and lower.

What if it were easier to just click on a curve, and add a point without moving the curve?

Not putting words into howie's mouth...just my thoughts....

I always wanted to be able to pin down the rets of the curve for a dog leg or lizard tail I want to be able to click on the curve at the point I want to make the sharp bend and then Right click for a pin curve command that would "lock" the rest of the curve to which ever end I wanted.  I understand the need for the curve to pivot but there are times when I just want it locked down "from here".

Maybe this is at odds with what you are trying to do with some of the worm features...I wonder if this could be a option choice on a custom menu rather than a default functionality.
