Window resize bug

Try this:

open CM dialog - mine came up about 3/4 the size of my screen, in the middle
grab the resize handle and make it as small as possible
hit Ctrl-0 to resize the image (to nothing, even if you could see it)
grab the resize handle and make the dialog bigger again

I get a load of window redraw artifacts in the area where the image should be. I then hit Ctrl-0 again to try to get the image back to fitting the dialog but CM exits and I get a error popup saying "Could not complete the CurveMeister 3 command because DVPDoc::ReadChannel: readPixelsProc error: PARM."
