1) expiration was inadvertent
2) Check the version and see if you have the latest beta version I think the expiration issues were resolved by Mike a while ago.
3) I believe that 3.0.16 is the latest version yes.
4) I am running the 3.0.19 version and so far so good...I'm going to jump onto the 64 bit version soon I too have had issues with it.  You can try it if you want...Actual mileage may vary

I did not expect the beta to expire in January, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Betas do expire by design because I often include non-customers and product reviewers in the beta process.  I offer free copies of the final product as an incentive to contribute bug reports.

Hi Mike:

Is there an easy way to get it back, or should I go throught an uninstall - reinstall?

Hi Brian,

Normally you would just do a re-install on top of the previous version.  This should work fine in your case.

I'm re-packaging a 64 bit release that includes the redistributable files and will be uploading that version later today.

OK. Thanks Mike.  I'll wait for the new version.

P.S.  I'll certainly plunk down $ when you have a final release!

Hi there

I have been reading this post and am unsure if I should update or wait until the bugs are all sorted. I have Windows 7 home premium and CS3 and am using Curvemeister 3.0.12. I am not all that great with computers. What would you recommend

Hi Julie,

I'd stick with what's working for the time being.  The main reason to upgrade would  be if you were interested in using the 64 bit version of CS4.

Problem is its not all working as it should. My hue clocks in CMYK do not function at all No number and no arm. I also cannot add any pin files. I can open them and use them but when I close curvemeister it cannot save them. So what would you recommend. As i said before I'm not an expert on computers so please keep instructions simple

thanks Julie

Julie,
Try the latest release version.  I'm not having any trouble with 3.0.19

Hi Greg,

I didn't get an email about .19.  I decided to wait until things were stable before updating after all the .18 messages.

I tried hitting the check for upgrade button but that takes me to a 404 page!

How do I get hold of it?

Thanks
Chris
