Hi all
I am going to Japan soon and so have the opportunity to get equipment at a lower cost or good second hand stuff.
So right now I have a Nikon 7200, 18-200, 10-24.
This is convenient for travel where I do most of my photography.
However the 18-200 is soft and lousy in low light.
I have just rediscovered my 50 f 1.8 which may resolve my travel dilemma regarding low light.
I have been considering buying the Nikon 70-200 f2.8. Its a beast of a thing weighing 1.5 kg but people rave about it. It's fast and sharp. I would not be prepared to carry this all day but ..... It also works on both fx and do cameras so if I did upgrade it would still be useable
I would appreciate any thoughts, opinions or anything really. I have researched myself into a standstill.
