What will cameras look like in 20 years? What will we be able to do with them? Will photography still exist?
If you've not heard about the concept camera that Canon have been exhibiting (at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai), then head over to Gizmag (www.gizmag.com/canon-wonder-camera-concept/15591). There is a great video about half way down the page...
It's strange that Canon have released this concept design. I've only ever seen car manufacturers do stuff like this before. University Computational Photography departments sometimes talk about where things are heading, but for Canon to be doing this is really interesting.
Personally, I'm more excited about what innovations like this will mean for digital imaging applications. I'd say more, but I don't want to spoil the surprise ;)
