interesting portrait software

Found a useful program you'd like to share with others? Commercial announcements are fine, but please keep it brief.

Fritz,
How does "it" know that it is moving the correct structure?
The map has to be an overlay of some kind, otherwise you could not undo the changes.  What if I miss a few pixels when I set the anchor point?

Seems like they would almost have to have the file to get the pixel values, so they know what they are moving.
I'm certain I am wrong but I can see no other way....

Greg

Greg,

each anchorpoint is locked to a area.
On the other hand, I could see what they have send back or  so.
It sends data with http://www.portraitprofessional.com/css/style.css
Or I get or send this data, I don't know but this is a example:

I think  that the above is only page-data from the page where automaticly send the data about the photo to the server but not the actual photo-data.

I put a network trace on my wireless connection.

There is very little traffic sent/received from the server. This would imply that it is the information points and possibly curve data.

The program is obviously modelled on the "ideal" portrait features diagram which I saw published several months ago.

This was a line drawing over a face .

http://www.thelightsrightstudio.com/learning-skin-softening.htm#

on this page are lots of the same picture that you can use with Portrait Professional and trying to get the same result.
You can download  the Lillian picture before and after.
So you can try it with P.S. and CM 2.4

It is also a very interesting website!

BTW everyone Portrait Professional is now a stand alone home installed application.  It supports RAW data files, TIFF and Jpg.

I finally bought the license and use it for the first pass at my portraiture.  I turn off the face sculpting and reduce the skin and wrinkle clean up manually so the images do not look to over processed.

I used it to open up my eyes a bit and adjust my smirk...

I would have to say over the last 3 weeks it has saved my 30+ hours of retouching time...I have a few Senior Portraits that wanted prints for Christmas...1 child was pretty well peppered with Acne...his images were processed in about 5 minutes instead of 30+.
