Plugins for Adobe Photoshop.

Self, I have Adobe Premiere elements 4.0.
So I must investigate it , when I have the time for it, or it will work also in my program.

Hi Mike,

First, I hope you have a nice year 2007.

the answer on the question is no. I hope, I have the time for that  this year.
A day is 24 hours, but for me it is not enough.

At the moment, I am busy with several things.
First scanning my dia-photopositives.  A couple of hours each day.
Then  losing several problems.
The biggest one is my  oldest computer.
I make also DVD' s you know. Before a year ago , I used Studio 7 8 and 9 from Pinnacle for this.
That has consumed a lot of time. Why ?
It never worked very well.
So, I am from a investigating type.
So, I did a lot, lot , lot, very lot of experimentation in losing the problem with that program.
After years, I gave it up, and bought me the bundle of photoshop premiere elements 2.0 and photoshop elements 4.0.
So I thought, I haven't any problem anymore. It looks so.
But the process of making DVD's looks still not 100 % save.
Capturing films gives problems. After a couple of hours , the capturing stops suddenly.
Sometimes, it goes well , and sometimes not.
So, the experimentation started again, on this subject. ( I have more !)
On my film-camera, there is the possibility of AD conversion.
So , I could use the camera  for converting analog signals ( TV-films) to the computer.
But, indeed on the long time ( most films have a duration of 2 hours) the capturing stops suddenly.
So, I did all for nothing. ( not always !)
Also doing converting was a little problematic,
So I bought me a special equipment a Canopus ADVC-55 for capturing TV films and other analog signals.
I could now use the camera for its master purpose.
But the problem of suddenly stopping capturing stays.
I thought some prgr's on my both systems, are perhaps the problem.
In my 25 years of  hobby-computering I have seen several strange things on that subject.
So, for  a week ago, I bumped on a nice program  Firstdefence-ISR from RAXO.
It looks very nice to me and it works very nice.
Why ?
So, till now , when I have  a problem with my computer(s) I could GOBACK in time.
I used GOBACK from the bundle of Norton Systemworks 2004 and after that 2005.
So till now I was very glad with that system of working and experimenting.
When I had a problem, or  installing a new program and it worked not well, I could always GOback.
I used also a special registry saving prgr.
Mostly the registry is corrupt.

So, what is Firstdefence-ISR for a nice program ?
It is a sort of multi-boot prgr, but very different and nice.
you could,  make a maximum of 10 snapshots of your system.
so, now I have 5 snapshots of my system.
Also, you must have big drives for nice using this prgr. Mine are about 250G each.

I started  new.  Formatted my C drive and set on a new basic home xp sp2.
On that I installed the  firstdefence -ISR and  made a first snapshot. It is about 1G big.
After that again a same snapshot and evolved that as a game console for my grandchildren.
The games and other stuff could not interrupt or do other nasty things on my computer.
A  thirds system snapshot , I use that special for making DVD's.
On this moment of writing ,  on my right site the DVd system is busy, with a next experiment.
Then again , it will stop after 40 minutes or so  with capturing.
I started only with a basic XP home sP2 with now 66 automatically updates generated by microsoft.
After that installing the Adobe suite and staring experimenting.
it looks now, it stopped earlier then before.
So slowly , I investigate with extra small prg's like regmon and filemon and process-explorer the points when adobe stops.
It is all very time-consuming process.
But, I have now several  snapshots of my basic system developed for special purposes.
So, I am very busy.
Also I would like learn  Cuvemeister again . I used it frequently , for managing my scanned dia-positives.
But, I need still another plugin with  it. History brush from the "Hidden Power".
So, I will again learn all the plugins of the hidden power again, with also curvemeister.
so, I am always busy the whole day.
Then this and after a couple of days something others and so on.
When the most problems are solved and I have more time, I will do investigations to the plugins you mentioned.
So, I am also maried, and must give my wive and child and grandchildren attention.
So 24 hours is to short.
