Tune this image up.

There is a lot to do here from dust to perspective. Have a go at it and post your version.

I treated it with my old friends, PS CS6 and CM. Also used Focus Magic and Topaz AI focus. Cleared the spots in the sky and used a mask to push the sky as it became a bit flat after I applied Shadows/Highlight. Used the side of the bridge for neutral.
Interesting, looks much more Cyan here than on my screen

Martin's image is very attractive.
Since he has done that, I needed to go in a different direction
