Not sure what colour scheme would be best for this photo...

For me I look to what I saw when I shot. Did it appear to be blue??
It's a subjective call but if that's how you remember; it it then becomes how do you want to see it.

As long as you can justify the choice and you are comfortable with it go with your intuition. Personally, I would brighten teh foreground a bit to bring out the men but I can also see the "men are hiding" aspect of this image.

Hmm, I've already dodged the men in the foreground quite a bit -- I guess it needs more!

Really not sure which I prefer but I am leaning slightly towards bleach bypass
