Jacob's Ladder

Jacob's Ladder uses a horizontal line in Curves.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?  Thanks!

Hi Greg,

I started to watch the video and also read a tutorial on Jacob's web site, but couldn't get past the horizontal line in Curves - can't figure it out.
