Someone on the Photoshop CS6 beta program (not me sadly :-[) has leaked a few screenshots of the new version of the application. For those interested, the AppleInsider blog have a short article about the application's new look: http://bit.ly/tCN5RU

The new Layers panel looks promising - but I'm not sure about the 'Create' panel (at top-right of the first screenshot).

Looks like we'll all get a chance to play with it next May...

I wouldn't breathe too deeply the fumes of the CS6 leak. 
There is a ton of beta stuff that never makes it to the finished product. 

As for the look it will probably be closer to the current version of PS than Aperture.  Just look at the ACT list and the gripes they cough up for any small changes to the interface.  I'd look for more of a hybrid approach and more similar rather than drastic changes.
