Is it best a topic per photo?

I used LAB and thresholds. the image- too much "a", I pinned a sky pin. The water and sky seems okay, but the hills seem blue. If I fix the hills...

Anyway I increased contrast in the mountains.

(Still messing with the wreath. )

I might have lost some detail in the upper right deep shadows.

GregG- thanks. I guess I should read the manual. Saving the curves by name is easier, but the history files work fine, The advantage of smart filters is saving the pins.

I reduced the saturation and the tried to increase the contrast that GregM suggested. I could read the label.<br ...

First attempt at cmyk. Don't know if I succeeded, but I tried to boost a little yellow. I tried to add contrast but lost shadow detail. (I will fix my pumpkin next). Is it helpful to attach full jpg (not a screenshot)?

Is this what you want?

HSB is very different. I have never used it before.

My previous posts about going back. Is it best with saving the curves? Numbering them? Then I could replicate later. In this image it is irrelevant, but later...

I did a version 2. I m...

Another try.

I soften the lab curve.

A photoshop question.

If I apply the CM as filter, once applied I cannot go back. If I do a convert to smart filter, I can go back- but if I apply the second filter as a smart filter it reads the the first parameters. D...

Here is another attempt.

I brightened the shadows but the midtones are lighter also.

I did not try to convert this with rgb.

The interior points on the L curve were a "shot in the dark"

Here is my attempt. First, rgb curves as suggested. I use the side threshold. It seems that you can move the threshold at least to the first spot on the histogram. Oh yes, I tried to keep detail in the shadows and maintain neutrals.

Then close CM and back with a LAB color boost. I mo...

I had a problem with pins here is what der Curvemeister replied...

___________

Here's a workaround that should get you on the air with pins.

1) start up the pin palette by clicking on the large pin icon in the ribbon at the top of the Curvemeister window (...
