I agree with Greg about color. I do look at shadows and highlights. I use ACR to start to repair shadow and highlights I am conservative about that. Let CM to the heavy lifting. I haven't worked with heavy color casts on a keeper recently.
I use camera calibration.

I am enjoying it so far. I assume the class is aimed at CM 101 grads who are proficient at PS. It probably is not a photoshop class, as no special advanced selections or instructions.<br /><br />I had an idea for CM or PS. When you soft proof, PS can show the out of gamut areas in zebras or false...
