I decided to take another try at this image.  I set the shadow and the neutral, however, there was no obvious highlight.  I then applied the K mask and adjusted it.  It looks to like like the greenish cast is a lot better.  What do you think?

First, I adjust the saturation slider to bring out the reds.  Then I adjust the A curve, only moving the half that intensifies the greens until the greens are bright.  What do think of this image?
