Yes, but the frequency of info means no reason to check it very often.

The CM community is small and not very "vocal"....probably busy working on images having fun.

Another "tool" is to layer each image in PS, and set top layer to difference mode, to see how much the images differ, and in what way

For new users to CM I'd think CM101 would be very handy....I have no feel for how many new users there are and would expect maybe 20% would take a class.  I try to promote CM to others because it is so very valuable. OTOH, there are not many die hard color correction/image improvement Ps users....

Yes I do apply curves to masks, mostly to go from a grayscale mask to a B&W mask to more clearly separate shapes....or to change the emphasis.<br /><br />But combining and blending (or 'apply-image' of a mask to a mask) offers unique selections of objects not otherwise easily accomplis...
