Hi everyone, I spent a little time making the various fonts for the forum larger overall, and changing the style of the group titles as per Greg's request. I think this is pretty close to readable and usable. Please let me know if I've gone a little too far, and you'd like things smaller again. BTW ...

OMG - so we can't see past post 12???

I'm stunned. I guess that gets in line ahead of bumping the font size!

OK - we are running using the default forum look and feel. The main problem I have with it is that the fonts are too small, and I've heard from some of you that this is also a problem. I'll work on fixing that issue today and hopefully have a solution in place.

Yes, this is a characteristic, or failing of the plugin that re-formats bbPress. It overlaps the button-shaped topic and article count columns with the other text, and does not look so good. I'm going to turn it off for 24 hours and see if people prefer the older version. Perhaps I can improve that ...

I'm experimenting with a new look for the forum. Switching to this appearance is by no means a foregone conclusion. This seems to be a little easier to read, and has a bit more visual richness. What do you guys think? It's easy to go back to the previous look, which is more compact. Your vote counts...

You are correct that sluggishness is an ongoing problem that we are trying to address. Why are new things always slower than the old ones?

I am in the process of adding a spell-checker to the site, however I am having problems activating it for forum posts. I'll keep you all posted here.

Hi Martin, Thanks for your suggestions. I like the old forum better too, frankly. We have big plans for the site, including centralized management of classes, product, and serial numbers. In order to do that, we had to have user accounts, and that required that we merge the old forum capability into...
