Thanks Greg, but, no, I haven't had any printed.  I'd like to, but I'm been avoiding dealing with the "where to send them to have printed" question, or which printer to purchase. (A set of ink cartridges here in the UK for the better Canon printers costs the equivalent of $134. And so...
